There was a bit of rivalry tonight as Prince Harry was there to support England but Prince William and the Duchess were there to support Wales. The trio watched intently as the game progressed.

However it was Wales who were successful in the end with a final score of 25-28 to Wales.

She teamed the dress with Jimmy Choo Aimie Pumps in grey suede and her Hobbs Somerton Clutch.

I thought it was a very professional and appropriate outfit for today's visit and thought it was one of the Duchess's best outfits to date - understated and sophisticated!

Kate's Return to Royal Duties..

Yesterday the Duchess of Cambridge returned to royal duties with a visit to The Anna Freud Centre in Central London. Anna Freud was the sixth and last child of Sigmund Freud, and followed her father's footsteps into the field of psychoanalysis. She is considered to be one of the founders of psychoanalytic child psychology. In 1952 she founded The Hampstead Clinic, the first child psychoanalytic centre for observational research, teaching and learning. After her death in 1982 it was renamed the Anna Freud Centre.

On the Duchess's arrival she greeted Michael Samuel, chairman of Trustees, with a kiss on both cheeks, which is unusual for a royal visitor.

Michael Samuel spoke about Kate's visit to the guests: "We are absolutely delighted that you are here and very grateful and hope that today you will get a real insight into all aspects of our work. Your continued support on this very important issue will be an invaluable ingredient towards making the real and urgent progress which is necessary in this area."

During her visit to Family House, Kate wore a pair of 3D glasses for a frame which helps the children with discipline and co-ordination.

One of the young children there yesterday was Kaionel, who showed the Duchess around his class and also got her to play co-ordination games.

Andrea Noguera spoke about the importance of Kate's visit. Andrea turned to the Anna Freud Centre whilst living in a cramped homeless hospital with her husband and 4 month old son. She is now a member of Anna Freud Centre's Parents' Panel. She said: "It's wonderful that she has come here because that shows me that she's interested in families and children and the problems that people can have. I imagine it's because she's a mum herself, she has compassion for families and kids who are suffering in difficult situations. There problems don't come only to people who live in hostels, they can happen to very wealthy families."

A spokesman for the Royal Family said: "The Duchess wants to play a part in the open discussion around the emotional and mental wellbeing of children. Building on her work over the last 18 months, she will continue to champion the valuable work that many charities and organisation are carrying out in this field."

According to the Daily Mail, the Duchess spent just under an hour at the Family School, which teaches up to 26 children aged between five and 15 with serious emotional and behavioural ‎issues in joint lessons with their parents, offering academic subjects as well as therapeutic support.

It is a unique school which will move and form part of a £25million integrated site close by, which will bring children parents and experts on young people's mental health, together at the Anna Freud Centre from September 2018.

Kate chose a simple monochrome outfit for the outing. She wore the Ralph Lauren Black Label Silk Austin Shirtdress. It is available for £1,245. On the website it is described as: "The quintessential shirtdress, this houndstooth-patterned silk style flares at the skirt for a supremely flattering fit. It comes with a patent leather belt that accentuates the waist."

Kate also wore her Stuart Weitzman Power Pumps and her Mulberry Bayswater Clutch.

She accessorised with her Annoushka Pearl Drop Earrings..

..and her Cartier Ballon Bleu Watch.

It was also our first real glimpse of Kate's her hairstyle. It has divided opinions, but I think it suits her! What do you think??

The Cambridge Family Holiday in Scotland..

The Cambridge family are currently spending some quiet time with other members of the Royal Family in Scotland at the royal residence of Balmoral.

It is thought that the family are spending time up there in celebration of the Queen becoming Britain's longest reigning monarch. According to Hello Magazine; "On Wednesday night, William and Kate dined with the Queen in celebration of her becoming Britain's longest reigning monarch. It is though that during their stay in Scotland, the Duchess will also receive the Royal Family Order of Queen Elizabeth II."

We discussed this honour in a previous post and we are still hoping that the Duchess will wear it for the state dinner next month for China's President Xi Jinping - however this has still not been confirmed as a definite engagement for Kate!

On Sunday morning the couple were photographed arriving at Crathie Kirk for Sunday morning prayers.

The couple were followed by their security detail.

Prince Charles was also seen arriving. The Royal Family regularly visit Crathie Kirk when they holiday at Balmoral.

Kate looked lovely in a couple of repeats. It appears as though she is wearing her Oasis roll-neck dress, that we first saw in February 2011..

..and then again in December 2014.

I also believe she is wearing her Hobbs Celeste Coat, that we have see on three occasions.

The first was in February 2011 (she wore the coat over the Oasis dress like she did on Sunday)..

..December 2012 for the Christmas service at her local church..

..March 2013 for an engagement in Grimsby.

Many have noted that unlike previous sightings of the couple going to church, Kate did not wear a hat. Kate wore a hat by Gina Foster when the couple attended the church service in September 2013.

This could be because the Queen was not in attendance and a hat is only compulsory when the Queen is there as well.

The Duchess also wore her Kiki McDonough Kiki Classic Citrine Pear Drop Earrings.

The Duchess also showed off a new hairstyle. It is very similar to one she tried late 2012, shortly before announcing her pregnancy with Prince George!

I like the style on the Duchess and can't wait to see it properly later this week!
