Today the Royal Family attended their annual Christmas service at St Mary Magdalene Church in Sandringham.
There was an estimated 30 royals staying at Sandringham this year including Prince Phillip and Princess Anne..
.. Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie..
.. Earl & Countess of Wessex and their two children, Louise and James..
.. Prince Charles and Duchess of Cornwall..
.. Prince Harry..
.. Duke and Duchess of Cambridge..
.. and The Queen.
Prince George and Princess Charlotte did not attend and it has been said that the Duke and Duchess have decided that the children won't attend until they are much older. However, the smiles on the couple's faces clearly show what a wonderful morning they must have with George, who is two-and-a-half, and Charlotte, who's first Christmas it is.
The Duchess greeted those who had been waiting to see them.
Prince William carries an umbrella for them both as it starts to rain as they leave the church.
The Duchess has attended the service at Sandringham several times since 2011. She attended in 2011 wearing a bespoke coat in plum. In 2012, the Duke and Duchess spent Christmas with the Middleton's in Berkshire, as the Duchess had only recently left hospital with severe morning sickness. In 2013 the Duchess attended Sandringham again wearing Alexander McQueen tartan. In 2014 she attended again in brown.
Today the Duchess opted for green again. There has been a clear trend of colours for the Duchess - reds, browns and greens for Christmas day.
The Duchess chose a new coat by Sportmax. It is the
Long Belted Coat, however it has now sold out.
Underneath she wore the Great Plains Cezanne Dress in pine needle.
The Duchess also wore her Aquatalia Rhumba Boots and carried her Mulberry clutch.
She wore a new dark green hat.
The Duchess wore her hair up in a chignon under her hat.
She also wore her
Kiki McDonough Classic Green Amethyst & Diamond Oval Drop Earrings, which were a Christmas present from Prince William in 2011.
The Duchess also wore her Acorn Brooch.
She first wore the brooch in 2012 at the Queen's Jubilee Luncheon. The Middleton's family coat of arms features acorns and is thought that the brooch was given to the Duchess as a present because of its symbolism.
It was a festive look for the Duchess and thought she looked lovely today.
