Duchess of Cambridge Spends the Day in Wales..

The Duchess of Cambridge spent the day in Wales today to attend two different engagements on behalf of her new patronage - Action for Children. The patronage was passed on from The Queen in December.

Her first stop was to learn more about MIST - Multi-disciplinary Intervention Service - which helps children and adolescents with mental health issues. The Duchess met with families and foster carers who spoke about their experiences.

Next Kate visited FIT - Family Intervention Team - where she learnt about their work with children who have emotional and behavioural difficulties, problems with family relationships and those who may or who have self-harmed.

We first saw Kate wear this outfit in 2012 for a visit to Middle Temple.

Kate wore her Stuart Weitzman HalfNHalf Boots again today.

She finished the look with her Kiki McDonough Citrine & Diamond Cushion Drop Earrings.
