There was a slight change of plans for today's itinerary due to bad weather meaning that the Duke and Duchess couldn't travel to the Scilly Isles this morning. Last minute arrangements meant that the couple spent the morning at the Eden Project.

Duke & Duchess Visit YoungMinds Helpline Service..

We had a surprise engagement from the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge today.

The visit was kept quiet because of the sensitive nature of the visit. They visited YoungMinds UK to continue their Heads Together campaign.

Today's visit to Luton marked the couple's first engagement since they returned from their family holiday in France earlier this month.

Their first engagement of the day was at Bute Mills where they met representatives from local organisations who work with young people.

They toured the building then met people from Youthscape, CHUMS and Our Minds Matter.

Their next stop was Keech Hospice Care when they met staff and volunteers from the hospice.

Their final stop was Hayward Tyler where they presented them with the Queen's Award for Enterprise and opened the new Centre of Excellence.

The Duchess chose to repeat an old favourite - the LK Bennett Lasa Dress.

She first wore this dress in 2014 during their Royal Tour of Australia.

A similar version of the dress is currently available - the LK Bennett Lara Dress.

She wore her LK Bennett Fern Pumps.

Prince William: "London 2012 saw this country come alive with a passion for sport. It saw people of all ages, and from all walks of life, join together to support Team GB."

"We have some of the most passionate supporters in the world, and we can't wait to cheer on our athletes together this time around in Rio."
