Royal Tour of Canada - Day 3

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge spent today in Bella Bella. It was planned to be an action packed day with a ride in a float plane to see the views of Great Bear Rainforest. However, due to bad weather plans had to be cancelled so the day could be spent inside due to the bad weather.

The couple started the day with a welcome by the Heiltsuk community at the Wawiskas Community Hall. This was followed by a cultural celebration.

The Duchess kept her outfit casual for today. She wore a shirt under a navy jumper with skinny jeans.

The Duchess paid tribute to their host country once again today by wearing a new pair of earrings by Canadian designer Pippa Small. Kate wore the Kite Double Drop Earrings.

This evening the Duchess amped up the glamour for a reception at Government House hosted by the Province of British Columbia.

At the reception tonight Prince William took part in the Black Rod ceremony. The Black Rod has three rings which presents the province, Canada and their links to the UK. Tonight Prince William added a fourth ring which symbolises the First Nations in the Province.

This reception will be the most formal engagement of the tour and so we expect this to be the Duchess's most glamorous outfit of the tour and it definitely didn't disappoint!

The Duchess wore the Finella Satin Midi Dress by Preen by Thornton Bregazzi. It is a new label for the Duchess and one that she has reportedly loved for years but never found the right occasion to wear.

The Duchess wore her Gianvito Rossi Suede Pumps.

She carried a new red clutch which has not yet been identified.

She finished off the outfit with The Queen's Diamond Maple Leaf Brooch.

Royal Tour of Canada - Day 2

The Cambridge's continued their tour of Canada today with a day in Vancouver.

They travelled by float plane to their destination where they landed at the harbour in the middle of the city ready for a busy day of engagements.

The Duke and Duchess began their day with a walkabout which allowed them to greet lots of people who had been waiting since the early hours of the morning to meet them.

They then visited Sheway - this first stop of the day. Sheway is a charity who help mothers overcome addiction.

They met mothers who have been helped Sheway who told them about their own experiences.

They were also presented with two teddy bears for Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

The Cambridge's then teamed up with the Trudeau's for the rest of the day.

Their next stop was the Immigration Services Society of British Columbia. They met staff and volunteers where they learnt more about the work done here.

They then unveiled a plaque at the Immigration Services Society.

Their next stop was at Telus Gardens where they attended an event celebrating young leaders in Canadian arts, music, film, sport, business and charity.

Their final stop of the day was Kitsilano Coastguard Station where they met first responders who work to protect the people of Vancouver.

They learnt about what being a first responder in Vancouver entails.

The Duchess chose another new dress today. It is a bespoke dress by Alexander McQueen. The Duchess paid tribute to Canada again with her outfit of red and white.

It is a bespoke version of a dress from the Resort 2017 Collection.

She also wore a new pair of red suede heels by Russell & Bromley. They are the Pinpoint Pointed Toe Court.

She carried a new bag too which has been identified as the Miu Miu Bow-Embellished Shoulder Bag.

The Duchess wore her Cartier Ballon Bleu Watch.

She also wore a new pair of earrings which haven't been identified yet either. I will update when we had ID's on the shoes and earrings!

Royal Tour of Canada - Day 1

The Cambridge's have officially touched down in Canada this afternoon.

The Duchess carried Princess Charlotte and Prince George held both of his parent's hands as they disembarked from the plane.

It is the first tour where both Prince George and Princess Charlotte are present. Prince George joined his parents in 2014 for the Royal Tour of Australia and New Zealand but this is Prince Charlotte's first royal tour.

They were welcomed by Prince Minister Justin Trudeau and his with Sophie.

They then travelled to Government House where they left the children with Nanny Maria. The family will be based at Government House for the duration of their trip.

The Duke and Duchess then took part in an official welcoming ceremony at the British Columbia Parliament Buildings.

They laid a wreath at the Cenotaph.

They then signed the visitors book.

They then returned to Government House where they posed for an official photo with Prime Minister Justin and Sophie Trudeau.

The Duchess's first outfit of the tour has to be one of my favourite looks of all time and I can't wait to see what else she has in store for us! She wore a bespoke fitted dress by Jenny Packham in a beautiful shade of blue. The colour blue is actually one of the colours of the flag of British Columbia.

It is no surprise that Kate wanted to pay tribute to their destination in her outfit and her hat followed suit. Kate's Lock & Co bespoke hat featured maple leaves and was in a matching shade of blue.

Kate also wore The Queen's Maple Leaf Brooch that she wore last time she visited Canada and that The Queen has always worn for her Canadian visits.

Kate wore her Gianvito Rossi Suede Pumps.

She carried her LK Bennett Nina Clutch.

She completed the look with her G. Collins & Sons Tanzanite Earrings.

Prince George wore the Pepa & Co Plaid Shirt, Pepa & Co Sweater with Wooden Buttons and Pepa & Co Navy Shorts. He also wore navy socks and Startrite John Navy Blue Leather Classic Lace Up Shoes.

Prince Charlotte wore a beautiful blue and white dress that has not yet been identified. She also wore M&H Mercedes Shoes and Amaia Kids Bows.

It was a great first day and has no doubt got everyone excited for the rest of the tour!

Duke & Duchess Visit Stewards Academy...

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited Stewards Academy today as part of their "Heads Together" campaign. Stewards Academy is supported by Place2Be which is one of Kate's patronages and also one of the charity partner's of Heads Together.

Canada Tour Itinerary..

Kensington Palace have released the itinerary for The Cambridge's Royal Tour of Canada. It will be from Saturday 24th September to Saturday 1st October.

Saturday 24th September
The Cambridge will arrive in Victoria with the Royal Canadian Air Force.

They will stop at Government House, lay a wreath at the Cenotaph, unveil a plaque and take part in the official welcome.

They will then return to Government House to meet with senior Canadian leaders.

Sunday 25th September
They will travel by float plane to Vancouver where they will receive a civic welcome in Jack Poole Plaza. 

They will then travel to the Downtown East Side of Vancouver to visit Sheway and Immigration Services Society of British Columbia.

They will then attend an event celebrating young leaders in Canadian arts, music, sport, charity, business, and film.

They will also Kitsilano Coastguard Station in Vanier Park.

Monday 26th September
They will start the day at Great Bear Rainforest.

They will travel to Bella Bella Airport. They will then board another float plane to be given an aerial tour of the rainforest. They will land at Bella Bella's Jetty to a ceremonial welcome by the Heiltsuk First Nations community.

They will be then given a tour of Bella Bella and visit the community centre. 

They will then visit McLoughlin Bay.

In the evening then will travel back to Victoria to attend a reception hosted by the Province of British Columbia at Government House.

Tuesday 27th September
They will fly to Kelowna where they will visit the University of British Columbia. 

They will take part in British Columbian Government's 'Taste of British Columbia' festival at Mission Hill Winery.

They will then fly to Whitehourse where they will be greeted by members of the Canadian Rangers. 

They will then watch a cultural performance at the Kwanlin Dün Cultural Centre in the evening. They will be staying in Whitehorse overnight.

Wednesday 28th September
They will start the day with a visit to MacBride Museum.

They will then attended a street party on Main Street.

They will then visit Carcross.

They will then travel to Montana Mountain. They will then travel back to Victoria.

Thursday 29th September
They will attend a children's party in the grounds of Government House.

They will spend the rest of the day privately with their children.

Friday 30th September
They will visit Haida Gwaii in the morning.

They will then arrive at Skidegate where they will board a traditional Haida canoe to paddle to the Haida Heritage Centre and Museum. They will also open the new  Haida Gwaii Hospital and Care Centre. They will then visit  Skidegate Youth Centre

Saturday 1st October
They will visit the Cridge Centre for the Family then visit a local café where they will meet with families that have been supported by the Kelty Mental Health Resource Centre

They will then board a tall-ship operated by the Sail and Life Training Society where they will meet young people who are part of JACK.org.

They will then take part in a public official departure ceremony at Victoria Harbour Airport. They will then board another float plane and take a tour of the souther tip of Vancouver Isaldn before departing Canada with the Royal Canadian Air Force.

It is a very busy schedule which promises to deliver a great Royal Tour!

Cambridge's Visit The Queen in Balmoral..

The Cambridge family are currently holidaying in Scotland where Prince George and Princess Charlotte get to spend some quality time with their great-grandparents and grandparents before the family jet to Canada. The family are thought to be staying at Prince Charles's Scottish estate - Birkhall.

On Saturday, The Queen was seen driving Kate to a picnic lunch at the Balmoral Estate.

On Sunday, the Duke and Duchess attended the Sunday Service at Crathie Kirk.

The Duchess appears to be hearing Michael Kors Virgin Wool Plaid Blazer and Michael Kors Guncheck Wool Trumpet Skirt that she wore back in December and January for Sunday Services at St Mary Magdalene's Church in Sandringham.
