The photos were taken at Amner Hall in Norfolk by photographer Matt Tortuous.
He said: "I really enjoyed the opportunity to take these photographs of Prince George. It was a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. I'm honoured that they have decided to share these images with the public to mark his third birthday."
George wore two outfits for the photos. He wore the Pepa & Co Whale Sweater which retails for £42. He wore Pepa & Co matching shorts too.
He also wore Sunuva Blue/White Stripe T-Shirt which denim shorts and Trotters Natcucket Canvas Shoes.
