The photos were taken by the Duchess at Anmer Hall in April. The Duchess is a keen photographer and we are starting to see a trend of Kate taking the photos of her children instead of getting an official photographer to do it.
Kensington Palace said: "The Duke and Duchess are happy to be able to share these family moments, ahead of their daughter's first birthday. We hope that everyone enjoys these lovely photos as much as we do."
Princess Charlotte can be seen playing in the garden with Lupo, the family dog, making an unexpected appearance in the background!
Princess Charlotte is wearing a dress by M&H and the Olivier Baby & Kids Princess Charlotte Cashmere Rose Stitch Cardigan which retails for £59 - £89 (depending on the size).
She also wore her M&H cardigan set that we saw for the Queen's 90th birthday portrait with an unidentified pink dress underneath.
She wore the Early Days Emma Pre-Walkers in Navy for both outfits.
She also wore two different bows, pink, navy and blue, which are possibly by Amaia Kids and retail for £2.50 each.
It was a lovely treat to get four such beautiful portraits in honour of Princess Charlotte's 1st birthday. No doubt she will have a lovely day tomorrow with her family.
