Duchess is Vogue's Cover Girl..

Today we had a very exciting announcement. The Duchess of Cambridge will be the cover girl for the June issue of British Vogue.

British Vogue has collaborated with the National Portrait Gallery and the Duchess has got involved, as patron of the National Portrait Gallery. It is to celebrate 100 Years of British Vogue.

The photos were taken in January on the Sandringham estate. Josh Olins was responsible for the photographs.

Princess Diana had been photographed on the cover of Vogue on several occasions.

The Duchess will view the "Vogue 100: A Century of Style" exhibition at the National Portrait on Wednesday.

The Duchess wore a couple of outfits for the shoot including the Petit Bateau Women's Striped T-Shirt which retails for £35.

These were worn with the Burberry Stretch Boot-Cut Trousers which retail for £695.

In the other shots she is seen wearing the Burberry Double-Breaster Suede Coat which retails for £4,495.

She finished the look off with the Beyond Retro Vintage Clothing Wool Felt Fedora which retails for £38.

The centenary issue of British Vogue will available from Thursday 5th May and the the "Vogue 100: A Century of Style" exhibition will be available to view until May 22nd.
